Yes. Requirements, project updates, file transfers and delivery are handled remotely. Access to your systems is arranged only where it is needed for the agreed work.
Can you work with our existing application?
Yes. Maintenance, troubleshooting, audits, integrations and modernization can focus on an existing codebase. The first step is to understand its current condition and any access or licensing constraints.
How is the final price agreed?
The listed prices are starting budgets for a defined minimum scope. After reviewing the requirements, a written proposal sets out the deliverables, fee and payment schedule. Additional work requires agreement before it is started.
How long will a project take?
Timing depends on the scope, technical complexity and availability of the required information. A proposed schedule is included with the scope of work. No completion date is promised before those details are reviewed.
What do we receive at the end?
The agreed deliverables are supplied digitally. They may include source code, application files, configuration notes, integration documentation and test results. Ownership and any third-party licensing are addressed in the project agreement.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes. Maintenance can be arranged separately with an agreed monthly allowance, scope and response expectations. The starting package includes 16 engineering hours per month. Unused hours, urgent work and any additional time are addressed in the proposal.
Will there be downtime during a migration or update?
The cutover approach is planned around the systems involved. Testing, backups and rollback options are considered where appropriate. Any expected interruption is discussed in advance; uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed for every system.
