Cookie Policy

Trading Tech SolutionsLast updated: October 3, 2026

Cookies, browser technologies and the privacy choices relevant to this Shopify-hosted website.

1. Purpose of this policy

This Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar browser technologies may relate to the Trading Tech Solutions website. The website uses Shopify as its hosting platform. The exact technologies present during a visit depend on the active theme, installed apps, platform features and privacy settings. This policy should be read together with the Privacy Policy for the wider handling of personal information.

The current project form operates in your browser and does not submit its entries to Trading Tech Solutions. It does not require a tracking cookie or create an advertising profile. A cookie preference does not itself communicate a project enquiry, create an order or authorize a payment.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small item of data that a website or service can place in a browser and read on a later request. Session cookies normally expire when the relevant browser session ends. Persistent cookies remain until their stated expiry or earlier deletion. A first-party cookie is associated with the site being visited; a third-party cookie is associated with another provider involved in the page.

Other technologies can serve related purposes, including local storage, session storage, pixels and device identifiers. They do not all work in the same way, but can record preferences or collect information about a visit. A browser’s own autofill and session restoration are separate browser features; their behavior is managed through that browser’s settings.

3. Strictly necessary functions

The hosting platform may use cookies or equivalent technical mechanisms needed to provide the site, maintain a session, apply security controls, remember privacy choices or deliver an explicitly requested function. The presence of an account, cart or checkout feature depends on the active store configuration; our software enquiry sections do not require customers to use those features.

Necessary technologies are distinguished from optional analytics or advertising technologies by their actual purpose. A cookie is not treated as necessary merely because it is useful to a business. Where the applicable law allows a necessary technology without prior consent, visitors should still receive clear information about its purpose.

4. Optional preferences, analytics and advertising

Preference technologies can remember optional display choices. Analytics technologies may measure visits, navigation and site performance. Advertising technologies may connect a visit with advertising activity on other services. Those categories require a separate assessment of purpose, provider and applicable consent requirements.

The project enquiry pages do not add independent analytics scripts, advertising pixels or optional marketing cookies. Shopify settings, apps or other theme features may introduce additional technologies. Optional processing must be configured consistently with the privacy choices offered to visitors; the presence of a published policy alone does not enable or disable any technology.

5. Current enquiry form and website interactions

The project form validates required fields and displays a completion message locally in the browser. Entered values are not intentionally written to cookies, local storage or session storage by the form. Closing or refreshing a page may remove the entries, although a browser may retain them through its own features.

Menu state, service expansion and review selection are used to display the current page. The project enquiry pages do not persist these choices in browser storage or send them to an analytics endpoint. The site’s photographs, logo and font are intended to be served from the Shopify theme assets, which avoids a separate external font request for the website design.

6. Categories rather than an invented cookie inventory

This policy describes the relevant categories without asserting that a fixed list of cookie names is installed on every visit. Platform behavior and store settings can change, and the presence and lifetime of a particular cookie must be confirmed against the live website. A hosting provider’s general cookie list is not evidence that every listed cookie is active on this site.

When optional tools are added, the operating configuration and visitor notices should identify the actual purposes and provide any information required about providers and duration. The following table summarizes categories; it is not a claim that every category is currently used.

CategoryPotential purposeCurrent position
NecessaryPlatform delivery, security and privacy preferencesDepends on Shopify configuration
PreferencesOptional display or functional choicesNot added by the project enquiry pages
AnalyticsMeasure visits and navigationNo independent analytics added
AdvertisingAdvertising measurement or profilingNo advertising pixels added
Form storageRetain project form valuesNot intentionally used by the form

7. Privacy choices on a Shopify-hosted site

Where a cookie banner or privacy preference control is displayed, you can use it to accept or refuse available optional categories. Choices may be specific to the browser and device used. Clearing cookies, changing browsers or using a different device can require you to make the choice again. A preference should be applied through properly configured platform controls.

If no preference interface is displayed, that does not prove that the site is free of all cookies. Necessary platform functions may still operate, and optional tools should not be enabled where prior consent is required without an appropriate mechanism. You can contact us with questions about a technology observed during your visit.

8. Browser settings and removal

Most browsers let you view stored cookies, remove existing items and block some or all future cookies. Some browsers also provide separate controls for third-party cookies, local storage, site permissions and tracking protections. The exact controls depend on the browser version and device, so consult the settings and help information supplied by your browser.

Blocking all cookies may affect security, privacy preferences or other platform functions. Deleting a cookie does not necessarily stop every future request to a provider, and a new cookie may be set when a permitted function is used again. Private browsing normally limits persistence after the session but should not be understood as preventing all technical data processing during the visit.

9. Signals and advertising-related choices

Some browsers transmit privacy preference signals, including Global Privacy Control where supported. Applicable requirements for recognizing such a signal depend on the jurisdiction and the type of processing performed. A supported signal should be handled by the active platform settings or an appropriately integrated privacy control.

This policy does not claim that every browser signal has the same meaning or that the project enquiry pages implement an independent signal processor. We do not add advertising-related sharing through the project enquiry pages. If advertising features are enabled later, the operating controls and notices must be assessed for the legal obligations that apply to those features.

10. Duration, security and information associated with cookies

A technology’s duration depends on its purpose and provider. Session items are usually shorter-lived than persistent preferences. Security and privacy preference items may need to remain available for their function. Visitors can normally remove browser-held information sooner through browser controls, subject to the provider’s method and any platform limitations.

Cookies may contain a session reference, preference or other identifier rather than a readable name. An identifier can still be personal information when it can reasonably be connected with a person or device. The Privacy Policy explains the broader purposes, disclosures, security considerations and rights that may relate to such information.

11. Changes to tools and this policy

Adding an app, analytics provider, embedded media or another platform feature can change the technologies used by the site. Those changes should be reviewed before activation and reflected in the actual preference controls and policy where appropriate. A descriptive policy is not a substitute for a functioning consent mechanism where one is required.

We may revise this Cookie Policy to reflect changes to the website or relevant requirements. The update date above identifies this version. If a significant change affects an existing choice, additional information or a renewed choice may be needed under applicable law. You can contact us using the details below if you want clarification about a cookie or similar technology encountered on the site.
